Can I find in the export of received replies all of the candidates’ replies?
- Export contains all replies from the date we switched the service on for your company.
How often can we download an export file?
- You can download data at any time, but no more frequently than every 15 minutes. More frequent downloads are not allowed.
How can we map applications in export file with the job ad?
- Each reaction in export file contains pdjdID, it is unique ID of recruitment
- Also you can create link to Teamio of each applications in export file with this pattern: https://my.teamio.com/recruit/vd?pdjdId=12345678910 where pdjdId is ID of recruitment.
Where can I download the export xml?
- We will provide you a special URL where you can download the feed directly.
How is the functionality of export of candidates secured?
- The export of candidates is secured by an access name and password unique to each client. In Teamio, the customer has the option to change the password. The communication is encrypted with https protocol. The account is temporarily suspended after several unsuccessful attempts. The minimum interval between repeated accesses is set in order to prevent brutal force attacks.
